Acceptance and scope
By using this website or confirming a consultation, you accept these terms. Engine Craftcore provides relocation planning, document organisation and general information for independent professionals. We do not provide legal representation, immigration decisions, tax advice, insurance brokerage or certified translation.
Engagements and client responsibilities
The scope, fee and delivery dates are confirmed in writing before work begins. You agree to provide accurate, timely information and to review official requirements independently. Residence outcomes are determined solely by German authorities and cannot be guaranteed.
Fees, cancellation and refunds
Payment terms appear in the booking confirmation. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds follow our refund policy, incorporated into these terms.
Intellectual property
Original website text, design and consultation materials belong to Engine Craftcore. You may use a roadmap or review for your personal application, but may not publish, resell or reproduce it commercially. You retain ownership of documents you provide.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for authority decisions, processing delays, third-party advice, travel costs or losses caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction will resolve disputes after both parties first attempt a good-faith written resolution.
