Refund and rescheduling policy
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for Engine Craftcore relocation consultations.

Cancellations and full refunds
Cancel by email within 48 hours of payment and before document review begins for a full refund. If Engine Craftcore cancels and cannot offer a suitable replacement time, all fees for the affected service are returned.
Partial refunds after work starts
Once document review or written preparation has begun, the completed portion is non-refundable. Any balance for work not yet performed is refunded. Custom written roadmaps and completed readiness reviews are non-refundable after delivery except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may move a consultation once without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Later changes may incur a €45 rebooking fee. If you do not attend within 15 minutes and have not contacted us, the session is treated as a no-show and the live-session portion is non-refundable.
Deposits and outside costs
Where a custom engagement requires a deposit, the confirmation will identify the amount and when it becomes non-refundable. Fees paid directly to translators, lawyers, insurers, authorities or other third parties are outside this policy. No physical materials are purchased for standard consultations.
How to request a refund
Email info@engine-craftcore.digital with your name, service and payment date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; banks may need additional processing time.
Exceptions are considered where illness, emergency or consumer law requires a different result. Explain the circumstances in writing so they can be reviewed fairly.
