How Engine Craftcore handles personal data from relocation enquiries and consultation clients.

Engine Craftcore is the controller for personal data submitted through this site or during an engagement. Contact: info@engine-craftcore.digital.
What we collect and why
We collect contact details, enquiry content, chosen service and information you voluntarily provide for a consultation. We use it to respond, assess service fit, perform our agreement, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Please do not send passport scans, account numbers or sensitive records through the website form.
Legal basis and sharing
Processing is based on steps requested before a contract, contract performance, legal duties and our legitimate interest in secure client administration. We share data only with service providers necessary for hosting, communications or professional administration, subject to appropriate safeguards, or when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
General enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Client engagement records are retained for up to seven years where needed for tax, contractual and professional records. Files not required for those purposes are removed sooner.
International transfers
Because clients may be in Thailand and providers may process data in other countries, information can cross borders. We use contractual and technical safeguards where required, while recognising that foreign laws may differ.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy, and may complain to a competent data-protection authority. Some rights are limited by recordkeeping duties. Email requests to info@engine-craftcore.digital; we may verify identity proportionately.
